Definition: the notion of performance is understood in the strict sense of a performance in a place, at a time, and for a given show. It is thus excluded that a series of performances given on the same day can be assimilated to a single performance.

B) How do I submit my statement or information online?

After creating an account (or identifying if the declaring person already has an account), the form must be completed directly online. You will be asked for supporting documents to upload throughout the steps of the form:

When your form is validated, your statement will be sent to the Regional Department of Cultural Affairs (DRAC) on which your organization's main establishment depends. If you are not established in France, the information is sent to the DRAC of the first show performance.

For any question relating to the operation of the online declaration, you can consult the FAQ and the T&Cs.

For any question relating to the profession of live performance entrepreneur, you can contact the DRAC of the main establishment of your organization (or of the first performance, for information procedures).

Upon validation of your electronic declaration, you will receive a receipt at the email address provided when creating your account. This document will be valid as a license subject to compliance with the conditions set out in article L.7122-3, in particular in terms of training, experience or competence of the contractor, and compliance with labor law, social law, intellectual property and the security of live performance venues.

The old "Licence for the duration of performances" is deleted. The only remaining mechanism is that of information accompanied by a contract with an entrepreneur established in France and holder of a license or a valid receipt equivalent to a licence.
