Graduates of a business school in Lille (North), these two inhabitants of Blangy-le-Château (Calvados) have been working on this project for almost two years.Originally, a discussion in the summer of 2019 with a Caen dentist.

After "eight different prototypes", tested by the first concerned, they arrive at their ends: an "elegant, comfortable, well -cut, with beautiful finishes, something that we have fun"."We studied every detail as if it were of capital importance: the size of the pockets, the length of the sleeves, the width of the pass," promise Alicia Loupias and Benoit Alleaume.

French and Norman "know-how"

And above all, an almost exclusively French product, where only cotton comes from abroad: "For textiles, we have a partner in the Vosges".Benoit Alleaume, originally from Blangy-le-Château, absolutely wanted to install the blouse in Normandy:

For embroidery - the products are customizable -, the two entrepreneurs turned to a seamstress of thickness.As for the headquarters of their company, it is currently under construction in Ouilly-le-Vicomte.

Two cuts and seven colors

Their blouses and caps have been available since May 21, 2021, via their website: there are two cuts, feminine and masculine, and seven colors, two with a sailor at the level of the pocket.They are sold € 69.90.

With this "relatively premium" product, the two young people essentially aim for "independent medical professions", practitioners and firms "which already buy their blouses on their own".They will approach healthcare professionals.The first sales gave them confidence: "We have great feedback on the products".

Other ideas in mind

Sale, communication, marketing, logistics, etc: Benoit Alleaume and Alicia Loupias are not idle and juggle between missions for several months.The two young people hope to "develop" their business and recruit someone to support them.Especially that they still have ideas in mind.They work on new products, such as open blouses and pants.And new collections directed towards other trades that require having a work clothing, and which have expressed their interest: hotel, catering, food trades, well -being ... "Whatever the sector, it can bepossible to use our blouses ».A range of clothes for the general public is also under study: "People told us that they found the logo nice, that they would like to wear it but that they are not doctors!»»
