Three years earlier, the duo of "rum lovers" left the north of France, beer region, to join Calvados and take up the activity of Romain's father, The Photobus, a Volkswagen combi, fitted out in a photo cabin, which crisscrosses the roads of the region during festive events.And it was in the Isigny-sur-Mer campaign that they made their nest.

It is under the Cabrakán brand that their elixirs are marketed.

Hand -cut fruits

To make an arranged rum, other quality ingredients are essential: fruits.

The couple develops their recipes entirely by hand, from the cutting of the fruit to the bottling.Hours of patience for a perfect result.With a little mathematics and optimal fermentation time, they get 32 % alcohol brandy."Not everyone drinks 40 % alcohol.It is a rum that can be drinked as an aperitif as in digestive, "said Romain.

For the moment, you can taste the rum arranged strawberry, lemon, basil.Their first combo."This is the only version that is ready, for the others you have to wait for maceration which is 2 to 3 months".An important step to guarantee the success of the product.

For their next production, entrepreneurs wish to favor short circuits to provide fruit.

The couple, who keeps a foot in the event, created "the love philter", of the rum arranged in a personalized cute that can be offered to their guests during marriage.
