Togo-Diaspora: Civil society appeals to the Union for a political alternative

RCDTI and CVU-Togo-Diaspora appeal to union for a political alternative, specifying in order to lift any ambiguity, that the chosen approach systematically excludes dependent and/or working agents for the Gnassingbé system, in real or mystical.

RCDTI and CVU-TOGO-DIASPORA invite all those who work in this direction to make written proposals to enrich those who have already been formulated publicly and those which are being developed by us.Indeed, the Togolese people always aspires to recover their freedom, their economic independence and to live under a democratic regime based on the truth of the ballot boxes and the truth of the public accounts.Unfortunately, the real friends of the Togolese people who aspire to their independence and the freedom to choose their leaders are not those to whom we would have thought.

1.The friends of the Togolese people are not those who are believed

Paradoxically, ECOWAS, the African Union and the International Organization of La Francophonie which in principle should be guaranteed by the general interest with impartiality, have chosen to support the autocracy of the gnassingbé, echoing the discreet injunctions of certain countriesWestern, this in the name of political stability obtained to forceps, but which does not solve the substantive problem of the massive rejection of the dictatorship by the majority of the people.

The main political parties of Togolese opposition, unable to propose a charter based on values, a social project and a proposal for a peaceful transition, finally demonstrated that the recurring failures of their "leadership" in the fight for the liberation ofTogo cannot only be limited to facade struggles or compromises with the Gnassingbé system.

The absence of patriotism and the weak feeling of belonging to a nation respecting the diversity of its components pose a real problem. They harm the revelation of competent and charismatic people to define the path of a credible political alternative and organize the struggle which would allow the Togolese people to adhere to a common political alternative. What is more and more badly experienced by the people is that this game of power-opposition without alternation has lasted for several decades, and makes the imagination of the perspective of a democratic way retreat.

As a popular Togolese saying says, "when you put a chameleon on a labeled fabric to catch it, the latter laughs at tears". En vérité, un deuxième dicton complète le premier à savoir :: « lorsqu’un caméléon est au pouvoir, tout ce qui l’entoure change de couleur ».

In other words, as before him his father Etienne Eyadema Gnassingbé, Faure Gnassingbé, in the same way as certain conventional opposition parties act as "chameleons" vis-à-vis the Togolese people.Indeed, they have, together over time, plunged the Togolese people into a democratic dead end that ECOWAS came to endorse, despite the illegality and the anti -constitutionality of all the elections of Faure Gnassingbé.

Then talk about the action unit at the beginning of 2022 as advocated Ms. Adjamagbo-Johnson-Coordinator of the Mgr Kpodzro dynamic (DMK), president of the Democratic Convention of African Peoples (CDPA) and ex-president of unitof 14 opposition political parties called C14 -is certainly based on a good intention [1].The observation which is shared is summed up as follows::

On the one hand, the Gnassingbé system brought a "serious attack on combat for democracy" not to say a manifest deviation of sincere and loyal combat for the truth of the ballot boxes and the truth of the public accounts; And otherwise, the postponement in a very distant time of "the possibility of alternating to Togo", in other words, a refusal of alternation to Togo by certain so -called opposition parties, thus playing the ambiguous game of partiesLegitimators and self -production/renewal of the violent Catechism of the Gnassingbé.

In order to "avoid errors from the past", Ms. Adjamagbo-Johnson proposes that this union is being made on "clear and previously defined bases [2]".Everything is therefore in the definition of what must be "clear", and what must be "previously defined".It must therefore be understood that the coalition of 14 political parties of opposition known as C14 could not constitute a "union" on "clear and previously defined bases".On the faith of this assertion, Ms. Adjamagbo-Johnson cannot tell us more that the process of appointing a common candidate by the dynamic Monsignor Kpodzro (DMK) in the presidential election of February 22, 2020 was done on"Clear and previously defined bases".

In this case, in what title and in the name of what, the Togolese people should make them trust their eyes closed again, on the faith of simple declarations of intention?Especially if we take into account the number of people sacrificed, dead on their behalf, or abandoned on the edge of the road, which are legion!

For the RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora, there are no other alternatives than to propose on "transparent", "previously prepared" bases, a charter of values, a proposal for a political transition and a project ofCommon society, all discussed and validated in the context of inclusive conferences sanctioned by democratic votes of participants who have no dependence on the Gnassingbé system.

When one claims its membership in the camp of the struggle for democracy, it is difficult to be credible if one does not apply to oneself of the rules of democratic transparency and ethics, in the organizationof the struggle to achieve it.

It is the responsibility of each individual to "test" not only his contamination in the COVVI-19 Coronavirus, but also his contamination to the Gnassingbé system.Unfortunately, there are no quick and reliable tests to identify unveiled opportunisms. Also, only vigilance and discernment will make it possible to build a movement of responsible citizens, committed to building together a political alternative.

RCDTI and CVU-Togo-Diaspora recommend to each Togolese citizen to realize that the "real" friends of the Togolese people are not always those who are believed, those who proclaim it in speech but not in acts.In short, the real friends of the Togolese people are unequivocally possible independent of the system and the Gnassingbé galaxy.Otherwise, short or long-term, they or they end up serving as crutches to maintain the political system and the power of gnassingbé in place.2. MAINTIEN AU POUVOIR DE FAURE GNASSINGBE :: L’OPPOSITION TOGOLAISE N’EST PAS NEUTRE !

On the basis of the observation that the divisions have undermined and continue to undermine the institutional Togolese opposition, Ms. Adjamagbo-Johnson said that "no political party can effectively, by itself, lead this struggle which hasthat too lasted ".His conclusion poses a problem. The truth is that it is the so -called opposition political parties, collectively, are problematic. The credibility of each of the political or religious leaders has gradually faded to the point of disappearing and making the wishes they or they formulate for a Togolese people who are wary of those who have never succeeded in proposing a project of society projectcommon to the service of the Togolese people.Otherwise, it is the cult of personality that prevailed with the patent failures that each Togolese family carries in the flesh.

Many Togolese citizens have died, or have been kidnapped, or had to go into exile, or have undergone prison, humiliations, tortures, etc.., because of the strategic dead ends of opposition leaders, without seeing a glimmer of hope on the horizon, or open the paths - shady or peaceful - which would lead to a democracy based on the truth of the ballot boxesin Togo.

The vast majority of Togolese people no longer believe in the capacity of opposition political parties and their leaders to lead a struggle to liberate the people. They are too busy carrying out a struggle of personal financial autonomy because, directly or indirectly, they and they have helped to maintain Faure Gnassingbé in power, to be able to continue to exist.

The Togolese people must remain vigilant because some opposition parties are not neutral.

As a result, without fundamentally changing the rules of the game by using ethics and transparency, it is not possible to embark on one form or another of opposition union with such political parties withoutrun again the risk of disillusionment.Indeed, these parties would better join the presidential movement and no longer deceive the Togolese people. This would clarify the Togolese political game and give a chance to the emergence of an alternative movement to prepare a political transition from 24 to 36 months, including personalities from civil society and the diaspora and led by them.

He is therefore asked for officials of the ruling parties as well as those of the Togolese institutional opposition having dependencies with the Gnassingbé system to announce to the Togolese people that they will not be candidates for posts of governance of the political transitionin Togo.

Indeed, after so many false-dialogues dominated by deceit, patent failures in the leadership of political parties, characterized by an absence of society in the service of the people and an absence of democracy within political parties, the'Union as a unity slogan of an opposition dependent on Faure Gnassingbé is unsatisfactory.Unity will be done not in opposition to Faure Gnassingbé, but will constitute a political alternative because no one will support the Gnassingbé system, including paradoxically their own supporters of yesterday and today, such as real chameleons.

The "real" and the "false" actors of the Togolese opposition

Jean-Pierre Fabre, president of the National Alliance for Change (ANC) does not oppose the Union of the opposition, but believes that it must be done only with the "real opposition activists"to the rank of which the members of the ANC [3].

If for Jean-Pierre Fabre, the real officials of maintaining Faure Gnassingbé are not at the level of the ANC but in the ranks of "usurper" which have not been cited, the "remobilization" of allby the old.

Is the message of the President of the ANN addressed to the representatives of the dynamic Monsignor Kpodzro (DMK) and those who invested it as a candidate in the 2020 presidential election, under the illumination of Mgr Kpodzro? Is it more simply to recall the failure of DR.Agbéyomé Kodjo, president of the MPDD party, a patriotic movement for democracy and development and its main lieutenants, to succeed in alternation by being blurred by the relief of the ballot boxes? In the same way a few years earlier as the same Jean-Pierre Fabre (2010 presidential elections, 2015, 2020), Bob Akitani (2005 presidential election) and Gilchrist Olympio (1998 presidential election)?A clarification with regard to the Togolese people is expected and imposed themselves, because all have been declared losers by being sacrificed on the altar of the relief of the ballot boxes and despite that they continue to opt to participate in elections they knowthat electoral fraud is planned and organized in advance.

By the voice of Jean-Pierre Fabre, the ANC advocates "the reconquest of our spaces of lost freedom" and less the approaches he deems "populist to abuse the populations".The "usurper" were promoted to the rank of "conjurers" for having led::

stuck with the common struggle; to maintain the dictatorship of the RPT/UNIR;and at the impediment of any remobilization of populations.

Togo-Diaspora :: La société civile lance un appel à l’union pour une alternative politique

The ANC nevertheless had the opportunity in previous presidential elections to bring down this diet but did not do it.The "reconquest of our spaces of lost freedom" advocated by the ANC is insufficient and could even make believe that this is the sole objective of the anc.It is a question of solving the fundamental problems of the Togolese people and less those of the old.If the problem of the problem can be done with the ANC, it is good. But if the solution is to be done without the ANC, it will be.

As a last resort it is the Togolese people who will decide, because there is no obligation for the Togolese people to go through political parties of institutional opposition which have failed in the past to offer them a way of exit which strangely resemblesto what has already been done, and which has led to the dead end.

If it is necessary to make a distinction between the "real" and the "false" actors of the reconquest of the truth of the ballot boxes in Togo, this distinction must be based on the identification of the opaque links of real and/or esoteric dependence between the actorsof the Togolese opposition and Faure Gnassingbé and its relays.4.The limits of an insurrection strategy without alternative societies

When the president of the Pan -African National Party (PNP), M.Tikpi Atchadam has chosen to put the "keys" from the insurgency of August 19, 2017 in the hands of the ANC for an action unit, the acts posed by the ANC led to the maintenance of Faure Gnassingbébé.

Pour Tikpi Atchadam[4], le constat est clair :: « il ne s’agit pas d’une crise post-électorale mais d’une longue, profonde et interminable crise, une éclipse totale qui s’est abattue sur le peuple depuis le 13 janvier 1963 ».But no one disputes that. From there to conclude that "the crisis that the country is currently going through is in no way a post-electoral crisis" is a parallax error.RCDTI and CVU-Togo-Diaspora called in time, supporting analyzes and demonstrations, not to participate in elections organized on the basis of fraud, and explains the damage that a new failure would run topopular mobilization. But beyond our recommendations or similar those of other actors, those of political parties who have chosen to participate, must also carry them and assume responsibility.

The PNP strategy, which did not participate in the presidential election of February 2020, but did not propose a project of alternative society to the Togolese people, finds its limits.

Indeed, it was first necessary to aware of the Togolese people at the base. But this also supposes that these people, taken by the dependence of poverty, of liberticide laws, permanent threats of the abuse of law and power of the Gnassingbé system, regularly give way to the subcontracting of the struggle to esoteric forces andspiritual.Tikpi Atchadam has made it the bitter observation, which has weakened or even challenged his strategy, including the outcome of the insurrection of August 19, 2017.

Also, Tikpi Atchadam recalls that "God only intervenes on the side of standing peoples, fighting resolutely and in an integrity for cardinal values which symbolize him, in particular freedom, truth and justice.Today more than ever, it is a question of stopping the hemorrhage, of stopping net the march imposed on the people ".

But, with regard to the development of a joint social project to organize the unity of an opposition without faure gnassingbé, there was no referral [5].Also, no one knows on which alternative society project is the release of the Togolese crisis proposed by the PNP.The question is whether the PNP could serve as a “force of proposal” without a political alternative based on a project of society common to the Togolese people?PNP details on this subject would be welcome in order to enlighten the Togolese people.

This new form of organization of unity cannot be based on political parties whose repeated strategic failures are obvious.

Also, RCDTI and CVU-Togo-Diaspora humbly ask all the opposition parties to seriously consider the organized actors of civil society and the Togolese diaspora who are independent of Faure Gnassingbé as potential actors that can offer exit solutionscrisis. It should be noted that that to date, representatives of civil society and the diaspora have been considered by the institutional opposition parties as secondary agents, even superfluous, except when it comes to having them contribute to supportThese same political parties.

Everyone must make amends by officially asking for "forgiveness for the Togolese people" at the beginning of 2022 so that Togo can start again on healthy, clear bases with contributions from each other in writing.Following inclusive conferences without the agents of Faure Gnassingbé, the adhesion of populations to an alternative common proposal can only promote the objective of remobilization and lead to insurrection forms of which Faure Gnassingbé will be responsible in the same way as hisSurprised, in the event of non-debt for unconstitutionality and illegality of his accession to power.5. LE CADRE DE CONCERTATION NATIONALE ENTRE LES ACTEURS POLITIQUES :: DUPLICITÉ DU POUVOIR

During his best message, the National President of the Union of Change Forces (UFC), Gilchrist Sylvanus Olympio who had withdrawn from political life because of his advanced age, seems to have returned to business. If he shares with everyone, the fact "that no political party can resolve the problems of Togo alone", it is important to note that no political party has had such a claim. It is true that some leaders of competing political parties tried, in vain, to establish themselves as the only candidate for whom the Togolese people had to "vote" ... The bad surprise was there!

Between the relief of the ballot boxes on the electoral results and the effective distrust of an important part of the Togolese people towards the parties which try to accompany the gnassingbé system in a "permanent" support in power, the room for maneuver is so narrow that allThose who played this troubled game have lost their credibility with the Togolese people. And above all have lost the elections or had only subordinate positions within the Glassingbé power galaxy. The strategies chosen by the ANC as, moreover, the UFC left the populations that the bitter observation of the political failure of two parties which have not allowed an alternation in Togo. But there is worse still. One of them, the UFC, made a historic choice heavy with long-term consequences, the day when, when he was led by the son of Sylvanus Olympio, the true father of the nation, this oneCi made the choice to ally itself with the RPT, the party which was created by the assassins of its own father. And, at the height of ignominy, to send ministers sit in the government of Faure Gnassingbé, without measuring the extent of the consequences and the negative charge of such a choice in the collective imagination of the Togolese people.

After the thousands of victims who fell for more than thirty years in combat in the name of the ideal of freedom against a very hard dictatorship, especially the hundreds in the 2005 presidential election where the son Faure Gnassingbé succeeded Father Eyadéma Gnassingbé, theTogolese people have never accepted this high-trah.We do not reconcile with impunity on the backs of innocent victims like a simple mention of losses and profits on an accounting assessment. The fight for the ideal of freedom and political and economic independence is a noble fight and when it is done at the cost of human life, the shed blood deserves better than a betrayal than a betrayal.

But today, when Gilchrist Olympio advocates "discussions between political actors" through the "permanence of dialogue" within the "national consultation between political actors (CNAP)", he reiterates the error of the pastwhich led to the relief of the ballot boxes. While he was a privileged actor and witness of the 28 previous "false-dialogues" who failed, how can he say that, within the national framework of dialogue between political actors, how can he say that "resolutions"Who will come out of this structure "will improve, I am convinced, the electoral framework of the next electoral deadlines [6]"?The UFC by the voice of its president clearly opts for yet another "false dialogue", thus structurally legitimizing the Gnassingbé system, which may explain the disaffection of a large part of its supporters.

In addition, he proposes to "block the way for political crises".This message which could just as well leave the mouth of Faure Gnassingbé or one of his zealous ministers, only accentuates the ambiguity of the assertion of Gilchrist Olympio. In other words, "blocking the way to all civilian and military actors who aspire by daily struggle to a political alternation in Togo would be the new UFC doctrine. Each conscious citizen will judge the relevance of this strategy confirmed by Gilchrist Olympio, who can no longer be considered as part of the camp of those who work for a political alternative of the opposition without Faure Gnassingbé in Togo.Paradoxically, Gilchrist Olympio encourages other political parties to follow him in his approach.

It would be necessary that he clearly assumes his choice and that he enlightens the Togolese and the Togolese by opting for his belonging to the presidential movement and the inscription of his party as an annexation of the RPT/UNIR party.6.Reconstruct the unity of the independent Togolese people on an alternative political project

This has led Togo in the impasse with the added bonus of the loss of credibility of the Togolese opposition parties, even certain associations of civil society directly dependent on Faure Gnassingbé as for their existence, is actually based on::

the cult of the "leader"; the absence of internal democracy sacrificed on the altar of the "chief" consensus; the absence of transparent debate with decision -making processes based on a democratic vote; And the absence of a joint society project in the event of an impromptu alternation; the awareness of the leaders of the opposition parties that political parties must accept to sell leadership to political movements from civil society and theDiaspora and cooperate with them instead of systematically fighting them, even ostracizing them, in particular those of the independent diaspora of Faure Gnassingbé.

Although favorable to a "real opposition union to lead the battle for change", the president of the ANC, Jean Pierre Fabre says nothing of how he intends to make Faure Gnassingbé leave. You can't just lead the battle for change and lose each time and start ad aeternam again. This leaves the impression to the Togolese people that some political parties have specialized in "fights" which never lead to the victory of the political alternation first, that of the people then.Nevertheless, the president of the ANC made the effort to specify what the union must not be.

National alliance for ChangeRcDti and CVU-Togo-Diaspora

Independent and collective Togolese diaspora coordination network for the truth of Togo-Diaspora ballot boxes

Union is not the merger or standardization

The Union cannot be summed up as the single thought of the Gnassingbé system

Union is not the unique candidacy

The Union goes through a joint candidacy and not a single candidacy

Union is not a slogan

The Union cannot be decreed by the leaders of the opposition parties

Union is not a strategy to eliminate a partner

The Union is a strategy aimed at separating from all those who are not independent of Faure Gnassingbé to lead the struggle for the truth of the ballot boxes and public accounts

Union is not a magic formula which avoids the fight for the sanitation of the electoral framework

The Union is based on preparation, the exhibition in an inclusive conference of a joint society project and a political transition proposal, all based on values

"Union is a fight" which is practiced in sincerity and truth

The Union is a common desire to offer a "credible political alternative to the Togolese people by associating them with inclusive conferences without Faure Gnassingbé and all those who depend on him, day and night.

The union supposes the "reconquest of our spaces of lost freedom" which "is due to each and to each of us".To do this, we need to get our common struggle out of the stagnation in which a bunch of conjurers have plunged it, and tries to maintain it to the satisfaction of the dictatorship of the RPT/UNIR.

The Union is first built in diversity, on the basis of written proposals, discussed, approved in a limited committee, exposed in inclusive conferences and adopted by a transparent vote, in order to seek support, funding for the implementation. It is a unity around a common political and alternative project.

Source :: l’ANC, 2022.

Source :: RCDTI-CVU-TOGO-DIASPORA, 2022.

Since the return of Togolese citizens to the polls after the end of the reign of the single party gathering of the Togolese people (RPT), the cumulative experience of dozens of electoral ballots has shown that there will be no possibility of "fighting for sanitationof the electoral framework ”whether institutions or texts, as long as control of the electoral process will remain unilaterally in the hands of an autocratic authority, mainly dominated by the RPT/UNIR party of Faure Gnassingbé, which decides unilaterally, withinwhich the participation of certain political parties of opposition, of which among others the ANC, ultimately serves as a deposit in the electoral, national and local commissions, called independent.

If according to Jean Pierre Fabre, the Union is a fight [7] in reference to a principle of the French Communist Party [8], it must be recognized that those who, elsewhere wanted to put this motto in practice::

could never fully conquer political power;oulors that they were in power, did not last because the fight cannot be done solely in terms of ideas, without mutual concessions at the operational and practical levels with the partners and allies.

The reality on the field has based on the "signing of a common government program between a" union "of French left parties, namely the Socialist Party, (PS), the French Communist Party (PCF) and the PartyLeft radicals (PRG).It is from this union that the late M.François Mitterrand became by the truth of the ballot boxes, the president of the French in 1981.

Consequently, Togo needs a common society project preceded by a transition proposal based on political values and principles. The Union of Togolese and Togolese independent of Faure Gnassingbé will be on the basis of a peaceful diversity and confrontation of proposals, leadership of the project chosen with ethical and competent personalities, of the integration of improvements allowingto lead to a consensus, a democratic vote and the submission of the conclusions and the alternative political project common to the Togolese people for massive membership.

If this way of leaving the crisis is not considered appropriate, while the leaders of the political parties, but also the leaders of associations or movements of civil society make their proposal in the form of an alternative political project and accept the principle ofan inclusive conference to discuss it.

It is a question of making operational proposals, taking into account a limited budget with all those who, beyond reflection, want to understand the present, and want in a determined way, work to prepare the future of the Togolese and Togolese, including those of the diaspora.

It is therefore necessary to stop the sterile and no future "invective" between the members of the forces that can represent this political alternative in 2022.The Union of the Togolese opposition must include political parties, representatives of civil society and the diaspora independent of Faure Gnassingbé.But if it is a question of offering Togolese citizens to "start again as before according to the worn principles of sterile political strategies, with the prospect of having the same failures", then it is better to organize without thepolitical parties that led the Togolese people in the dead end.

The reconstruction of the unity of the independent Togolese people involves writing and promoting an alternative political project associating civil society and the independent Togolese diaspora

There is no longer any question of aligning with the institutional opposition parties that have failed but to move forward with them if they wish, on ethical bases respectful of diversity, or to advance without themThey constitute in the practice of real obstacles to the advent of political alternative and alternation in Togo. With the presentation of a political project during inclusive conferences, it is possible to work on "clear and transparent bases".

No, the Union must not be based on a "sterile opposition" but of course an "alternative proposal" to that of the Faure Gnassingbé system and non-republican soldiers. As long as this is not taken into consideration, the road to alternation without governance alternatives will be long, very long, too long !!! 7 7. EXPLOITATION D’UNE PARTIE DU PEUPLE TOGOLAIS PAR LES GNASSINGBÉ :: POUVOIR D’ACHAT PERDU

Paradoxically, during the formulation of wishes for 2022, Faure Gnassingbé was content to make us forget that he is a usurper of Togolese democracy. He understood that he never had the support of the Togolese people and that without the abuses of power and law, the voracity of the Togolese soldiers for the easy money out of the state budget, the complacency of certain ecclesiastics- All confessions combined - who forget to fast to make themselves heard from God, and justice, in particular the illegal constitutional court and a parliament, instrumentalized, it would no longer be in power ... for a long time.

Its responsibility in the level of poverty and loss of purchasing power of Togolese and Togolese is at its climax. The guaranteed minimum wage (SMG) is 35.000 FCFA per month while the high cost of life is exorbitant. With a minimum monthly rent which amounts to 40 % of this SMG (about 15.000 FCFA per month), and daily transport costs of approximately 800 FCFA per day, or 24.000 FCFA per month without extra, 68 % of SMG, it is easy to understand that Faure Gnassingbé has never done anything to improve the fate of the poor workers.Between rent and transport costs, the poor worker is already "an economic dead".

But you have to add for a family of a couple with two (2) children, about 1.200 FCFA per day to eat, 36.000 FCFA per month. In other words, without rent and without transport, the minimum wage is swallowed up in food. But you also have to integrate and plan::

health costs (500 FCFA per day, or 15.000 FCFA per month) ;les frais d’énergie (bois de cuisson et électricité, soit 350 FCFA par jour, soit 10.500 FCFA per month); clothing costs (5.000 FCFA per person, or 20.000 for this typical family per month); education costs (10.000 FCFA per month) ; etles frais imprévus, notamment les funérailles qui engloutissent des sommes exorbitantes au Togo (soit 15.000 FCFA per month).

Also, a family of 4 classified in the "low-income" category, that is to say touching the guaranteed minimum wage without taxes has 35.000 FCFA, must face estimated average expenses monthly at 123.900 FCFA per month. So in addition to the abuses of law and power of Gnassingbé power, it is not uncommon for the routing rights, the abuses of authority and forms of domestic and enterprise slavery take over from the exploitation of theTogolese people. The counterpart is corruption in all possible forms, more and more legitimized because "hungry belly has no ears" ... So, you have to do everything for the media to be at the orders of power and "silence" violationsFlagrant of the "Ayatollahs" of Gnassingbé power.8.The Gnassingbé system is blackmailing to journalists independent of Togo

In addition, in his wishes to the nation, he indicates allocating a big budget to coax the army in order to perhaps avoid a coup d'etat. The problem is that by speaking of terrorism at the center of his concerns and castigating the good people of "the savannah", in the north of Togo, he exhibits Togo and insults the peaceful populations of the savannah who have not asked for anything. The sidelining of the military from these regions in the Togolese army is segregation.

The reality is that all this is purely the manipulation of Faure Gnassingbé who plays a very dangerous game by using terrorism as they appear to hide his repressive policy with regard to the populations.Because in the last resort it is always the civilian populations who pay the heaviest price to terrorism, if we refer to the case of Burkina Faso, country bordering Togo, which to date has recorded several thousand victims and several hundred thousanddisplaced inhabitants in the north of the country.

In some countries led by autocrats like Faure Gnassingbé, the spectrum of terrorism is also used to install fear and justify exceptional measures. It is a question of trying to convince the Togolese population as the Western chancelleries that its governance and the maintenance of its ad aeternam system would be a guarantee of stability.

It is to be hoped that by provoking "indirectly" the terrorists-mafia and jihadists-, -nightly by attracting their eyes to Togo by this permanent agitation of terrorism like a scarecrow-, the latter could target Gnassingbé power for "arrogance" andno innocent and poor populations. Is Faure Gnassingbé fearing a revolt, even a coup d'etat from the ranks of the Northern soldiers, so that he chose in his vows pronounced on December 30, 2021 of "manipulating and indexing"Savanes' populations?Maybe !Certainly, there is a real attempt to oppose the people and especially to oppose the populations of the North and those of the South. He is wrong !

The Togolese people know each other and is deeply peaceful, because it is a people of God, from north to south. The real "terrorists-djihadists" are not north of Togo. They could, if we are not careful, find themselves in the Gnassingbé power, or even of the government which includes "ministers-pastures".Is it the divine mission for "pastors" to kidnap and to send illegally to prison and dare to demand public "excuses" of innocent journalists [9] that are M.Ferdinand ayité from the newspaper L'Alternative and M.Joël Egah of the Fraternity Journal, who only do their work of information and whistleblowers.

But the extortion of excuses in an autocratic regime whose president is illegal and unconstitutional is blackmail !!!It is to be hoped that the ECOWAS Court of Justice will eventually enforce the texts of Community law and the African Charter of Human and Peoples' Rights on all these violations of human rights, the rights of journalists and the rights of the people of the peoplein Togo.

So, instead of seeing "ministerial pastors" send independent journalists to prison, they would better choose between the profession of "serving God" and that of serving the "ante-dieu".Impossible ?Nope !It is enough that these ministers-pastors find the priority mission consisting in explaining in high places and the military that wisdom wants Faure Gnassingbé to resign for the greatest good of the Togolese people, especially if it makes it possible to release all political prisoners and allInnocent people who are languishing in Togolese prisons or certain guards require, to make a few meters, 1000 FCFA - or more - to bring information to an inmate and 1000 FCFA to return with the detainee's response to the family… 9. TRANSITION PACIFIQUE :: RENOUVELLEMENT DE LA DÉMISSION DE FAURE GNASSINGBÉ

Faure Gnassingbé has never supported the democratic aspirations of the Togolese people. His resignation from the position of illegal president, usurped through the untruth of the ballot boxes, would be the peaceful path to bring Togo into transition, in order to avoid sooner or later as in Sudan, Chad, Mali andGuinea, the arrival of soldiers who first try to keep power as long as possible to "ensure their rear".France has still not understood that if it had supported democratic forces in French -speaking countries, it would not undergo the most serious loss of credibility in French history in postcolonia.

After Faure Gnassingbé's unconstitutional power, thanks to an illegal constitutional court and the unconditional support of the non-republican party of the Togolese army for a fourth presidential term in 2020, there is an urgent need for all responsible citizensDemocrats and patriots of Togo, to engage in the preparation of a democratic transition from the country which responds to requests for freedom, democracy, justice, creation of wealth and peace of the Togolese people.

No Togolese actor - political parties or civil society organizations and diaspora - can accomplish this task alone. The RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora will continue to take their share of collective work by preparing the written bases of a democratic transition in Togo.

But, the Togolese stakeholders must be able to benefit from this clearing work to sit down the basics of a change in Togolese governance from values and principles, in order to overcome violence and put an end to the current political crisis of the nationTogolese.

It will also be necessary, on the basis of competence and ethics, select new independent civil leaders of Faure Gnassingbé and its destructive system of Togolese identity in order to lead, within the framework of successive inclusive conferences, toThe proposal for a joint society project. As such, a transition calendar estimated between 24-36 months will be proposed and organize a clear decision and democratic process accepted by all for transitional activities, including institutional and constitutional refoundation.

If the Togolese Constitution of 1992 must serve as a starting point to make forget the unilateral changes to the Gnassingbé system which have made multiple constitutional coups endorsed by ECOWAS, the African Union, France, Germany, States-Unis, the United Nations and the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), it will absolutely be necessary to put yourself in the task to develop a new version respecting the African Charter of Human and Peoples Rights and Peoples.

It will then be necessary to tackle the component of the representation of the people in its great diversity both in terms of legislative, judicial, executive and counterpowers to the transitional government. For this, the refoundation of political parties with a greater place for women and young people will be promoted. As well as the creation of mechanisms of responsibility and reports to the Togolese people at each stage of the preparation of the process of organizing the truth of the ballot boxes and free elections, peaceful and without violence with consolidated results only from officesvoting.10.The military must defend the Togolese people, not those who oppress this people

A unilateral action of the military in the event of a coup to appoint a new Prime Minister and a new cabinet would undermine the credibility of the latter already well started by multi-decennal support at the dictatorship and will not have support from the Togolese people. This would also risk plunging the country into a civil conflict, as the accumulated injustices of the Faure Gnassingbé system and his father are potential detonators for extra-judicial settling. It is enough to cite the usurpations and the abuses of law recently denounced by the president of the Supreme Court of Togo in the land field so that the anger of families, on at least three generations does not resurface.

To avoid this, RCDTI and CVU-Togo-Diaspora urgently ask the stakeholders independent of the Faure Gnassingbé system to engage in immediate consultation, led by all good wills in civil society and in the diaspora in order to offerwritten proposals to present during the first inclusive conferences.

These inclusive conferences could be financed by the United Nations or the international community in order to facilitate, without interfering in the internal affairs which fall under the strict spring of the Togolese people, questions of transition and transfer of Togo.Such an inclusive conference should be fully inclusive and representative of historically marginalized groups and movements, include young people and women, and would help engage the country on a path of construction of democracy.

The RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora will not support a transitional government appointed without the participation of a wide range of stakeholders in civil society and imposed by the military or a foreign country. It is a question of preparing the roadmap for a government and a transitional and transfer parliament of Togo which will be able to benefit from credibility based on ethics and competence, on the basis of non-objectctionof the Togolese people on the chosen personalities.

It is therefore this pragmatic approach that the RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora propose to lead Togo to free elections, fair and based on the truth of the ballot boxes. The transition project with its chronogram will be necessary to facilitate the provision of financial, economic, technical and material assistance in Togo, including in terms of close security for the personalities of the transition in order to request accounts from the actors who will inevitably tryMake the democratic process.

The RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora continue to hold Faure Gnassingbé and the Togolese military authorities for responsible for the multiple human rights violations of the Togolese people who go against the national legislation in force and the supragional and international law, in particularECOWAS protocols on democracy and the African Human Rights and Peoples Charter.

The right of the Togolese people to meet peacefully and to express their complaints must be protected. The right of independent journalists to inform must be preserved.

The RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora await Faure Gnassingbé security services that they refrain from resorting to violence against peaceful actors in the transfer of Togo, this on the national territory as in the diaspora.Faced with the abuses and crimes committed, it is necessary to start to put out of harm and dismantle the outlaw militias of Faure Gnassingbé, so that justice is done.

Kidnappings, imprisonments of innocent without judgment, torture and murder of several Togolese, sexual violence and injuries inflicted on hundreds of others by security services and other armed militias since taking power by a blowconstitutional state of gnassingbé are unacceptable.

The RCDTI and the CVU-Togo-Diaspora reaffirm the need for the transition power to conduct independent surveys on these tortures, these mistreatment, these rapes and violence, and deaths associated with it so that the new Togolese transition justice mayIdentify and keep the authors of these acts responsible and condemn them according to the rigor of the law while respecting their rights.Detentions of activists, simple citizens, journalists as well as communication cuts must also cease. All unjustly detained persons must be released and that the state of emergency, not justified, is immediately lifted, because it is only used to reduce the spaces of freedom.11.Relaunch of the liberation struggle for a mutation of Togo

On the basis of the illegality of Faure Gnassingbé Constitutional Coups to access power, in 2005, 2010, 2015 and in 2020, with the maintenance in power by violence and the abuses of law validated by ECOWAS, theTogolese people must realize that the Gnassingbé system softened by anti-republican soldiers and esoteric, national and international forces, is an autocratic political system worthy of fascism.

Fascism is an authoritarian political system that combines populism, nationalism and totalitarianism in the name of a supreme collective ideal. Both violent and conservative, this system in Togo opposes representative democracy and the State guaranteeing individual and collective rights of the people.

Denying the individual and democracy in the name of the mass embodied in a providential leader hiding a military dictatorship behind the basis, fascism embriges social groups by money or threats (youth, women, the poor ...).Gnassingbé fascism justifies state violence against actors capable of representing a political alternative independent of central power, assimilating them to interior enemies. To do this, there are complacency parties that are legitimizing and food parties. The unity of the nation is only possible with determined actors, committed and not traitments to the Togolese people in order to go beyond and resolve the antagonisms of social classes outside the system and the party of Gnassingbé and its variations in political partiessupport or civil society and diaspora associations that have lined up.

At the beginning of 2022, the Togolese people reject the autocratic regime of the Gnassingbé system and invited the determined, committed, and independent actors of Faure Gnassingbé to contact each other in Togo as in the diaspora so that the preparations for a transitiondemocratic can take shape and prosper with inclusive conferences without faure gnassingbé and his henchmen.

The revival of the struggle for the release of Togo in 2022 supposes an organization, ethical actors and the preparation of a transition and a social project without Faure Gnassingbé and its sniff agents. No one will be able to free themselves from the third political path which cannot be done under the dependence of the Gnassingbé system.12. LA SEULE ALTERNATIVE POUR LE PEUPLE TOGOLAIS :: LA TROISIÈME VOIE

The Togolese people know that many officials of the institutional opposition and even civil society associations are food opponents and have become support and legitimacy of the Gnassingbébébébébé.These people, conscious and vigilant, must abandon them to choose a third way, that proposed by RCDTI and CVU-TOGO-DIASPORA.

As for the presidential movement which by the voice of Gilbert Bawara, the most zealous of the Gnassingbé ministers, recalled in 2018 "that there will not be a new August 19" in Togo [10], the Togolese people mustKnow that Gilchrist Olympio and his UFC party have chosen to approve this approach and can no longer be assimilated to a patriotic opposition, assuming that this party has never been since the arrival of Faure Gnassingbé in power.

RCDTI et CVU-TOGO-DIASPORA ont choisi de démontrer que l’avenir du Togo passe par la troisième voie et cette voie est parallèle et alternative à celle des deux autres voies à savoir :: la voie des autocrates et celle des légitimateurs.

The 3rd way is that of the people who will end up understanding that it is the way that must be joined, supporting, promoting and implementing democratically and without Faure Gnassingbé and its sniff agents for a project alternative and a political alternation.

The 3rd way can in no case meet in the future that of legitimators and autocrats, once the awareness of each Togolese and Togolese has resumed its rights.

No one can say that she or he does not know how to relaunch the struggle for the release of Togo in 2022 !!!
