What is your concept and what are its advantages relative to the competition?
Venice kitchens is a truck-store concept. Today, our strength is to go directly to the homes of individuals. The advantage, compared to our fellow cooks, is that we have almost no structural load as we have chosen to travel by truck store.
How did you adapt to the covid-19 crisis?
The huge advantage of having a store truck is that we were able to continue our services and go to our customers' homes, while respecting sanitary protocols. We have sales areas of about 6 m2, which makes cleaning easier, more complete and very fast.
What are your development prospects and ambitions?
Today we have 18 franchisees, in December we will have 25 franchisees. By 2022, we will have between 45 and 50 units and the goal by 2030 is to reach the 300 mark.
Describe the ideal franchisee
For me, the ideal franchisee is, above all, someone who wants to be an entrepreneur, who shares the values of our franchise: honesty, competence and passion. All project promoters, whether from the trade or not, receive initial training.
