La Roche-sur-Yon: Halles and GO, the drive to do its shopping at your local merchants

Come on Go, let's go! Local merchants in La Roche-sur-Yon now have their own Drive. This new digital tool called Halles et Go is online from Friday, October 9 and will allow all customers to do their shopping in one click at their local merchants.

At the origin of this initiative, we find chocolate makers Loïc Ginestes and Eric Masfrand, from L’Arbre en sucre, and Alexandre Bellet, boss of the Yonnaise communication agency Factor’It. The three menses have joined forces to offer local brands in La Roche-sur-Yon a virtual, but very real, common showcase.

Instead of the rays, your merchants!

Once the shopping is finished on the Halles et Go drive site, customers choose their times for the withdrawal of their shopping which will be at 2 rue La Fayette, in a dedicated and adapted room with its cold room.

Halles and Go is even more comprehensive than a classic supermarket Drive, as it also offers a delivery service that is limited to La Roche-sur-Yon Ville.

Fifteen traders to start

The Drive starts this Friday, October 9, 2020. To start, Halles et Go has bet on food or food-related businesses for whom the end of the year represents a large part of the annual activity.

The partners are giving themselves three months to test this new service before opening the Drive to new businesses. In January, if the concept took during these three months, Halles et Go will then be destined to evolve to bring together a maximum of local merchants from La Roche-sur-Yon.
