The 2022 Gault & Millau launch will take place online
We look forward to it every year: the launch of the Gault & Millau guide for 2022 will take place this Monday, December 13 from 3 p.m. from Brussels Expo. In view of the current context, as in 2021, the traditional annual meeting of all epicureans in the country will be held exclusively online. No ceremony, no party, no prize giving in physics, for this new edition the chefs and professionals of the food trades meet behind their screen.
“We regret to inform you that the physical launch of the Gault&Millau guide will not take place this year as before. After consultation with the various parties and authorities, today it is the most difficult choice, but the most responsible one. But at the same time, we do not want to stand idly by and celebrate our 2022 winners as best we can,” the Gault & Millau organization announced in a press release.
After the announcement of the results, the guide will be distributed. This will include renowned chefs and tables, but also promising cooks whose talent and know-how largely deserve to be valued.
