Tennis.Metz: kick -off for the Moselle Open 2021 this Sunday

Le coup d’envoi de la 18e édition du Moselle Open (ATP 250) a été donné ce dimanche 19 septembre 2021. Des tennismans de renom vont s’affronter sur les courts des Arènes de Metz jusqu’au dimanche 26 septembre.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga declared forfeit

The English player Andy Murray, twice gold medalists, the French athletes Richard Gasquet and Gael Monfils or the Ugo Humbert Messin, will be there.

Announced as one of the star tennis players of this edition, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga forfeit due to a calf tear.Winner of the Moselle Open in 2019, the player will not be able to defend his title this year.

Nevertheless, the twenty other announced players will participate in this new edition.They carry out qualifications this Sunday for a semi-final on Friday, September 24 and a final on Sunday, September 26.
